Shipping Methods
Shipments are made through Nacex or GLS.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- National (Balearic Islands): from €7 (for orders from €0 to €39.99 – €12, from €40 to €84.95 – €10, and from €85 – €7)
- National (Mainland Spain): from €4.5 (for orders from €0 to €39.99 – €5.5, from €40 to €84.99 – €4.5, and from €85 – free)
- Portugal Mainland: from €6.5 (for orders from €0 to €44.99 – €8, from €45 – €6.5)
- International: from €8 for shipments within Europe

Delivery Times
Delivery times range between 2 to 10 business days (for orders including flags, the production time increases to 15 business days), starting from payment confirmation, depending on the customer's location and order volume. These timelines are estimates, and SISEBUTO DIVISION reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond our control. In any case, we will always strive to shorten delivery times as much as possible to ensure quick and efficient receipt of orders.
Warranty and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exchange it for another item, provided it is not a customized design or a garment from the OUTLET/BLACK FRIDAY section, which are not eligible for return. Mugs and swimsuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will send a voucher via email for the product’s value or another product of the same value. Under no circumstances will money be refunded.
Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer, as well as any additional personal costs involved such as phone calls, time spent managing the return, etc. For returns within Spain (Mainland), the cost of the new shipment will be €10.
