General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our online store, www.sisebutodivision.es, hereinafter referred to as SISEBUTO DIVISION. For more information about SISEBUTO DIVISION and our Legal Notice found in the footer of each page of this store.

We kindly ask you to carefully read these Purchase Conditions and our Legal Notice before placing an order. If you do not agree with all the Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you should not place any order.

1. Identification

SISEBUTO DIVISION is an online store based at Calle Villaescusa, 10 - 28017 MADRID. Any communication may be addressed to this registered office via the email address info@sisebutodivision.es.

2. Activity

SISEBUTO DIVISION is engaged in distance selling, primarily via the internet, of customized clothing.

3. Website content and information

SISEBUTO DIVISION reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. SISEBUTO DIVISION makes every effort within its means to offer truthful information without typographical errors. In the event of such an error, unrelated to the will of SISEBUTO DIVISION, it will be corrected immediately. If a customer makes a purchase decision based on such an error, they will be notified and may cancel their purchase at no cost.

Content on the SISEBUTO DIVISION website may occasionally show provisional information about some products. If the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer may cancel the purchase at no cost.

5. Applicable taxes

Product prices shown on the SISEBUTO DIVISION website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Purchases delivered within any member state of the European Union are subject to VAT.
Purchases delivered to non-EU territories, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, are VAT exempt.

When placing an order, customers may freely choose from the following payment methods:

SISEBUTO DIVISION reserves the right to request a specific payment method if the buyer's identity cannot be reliably verified.

7. Shipping method, cost, and delivery time

Customers can choose from available shipping options depending on their delivery area. Delivery time, service quality, delivery point, and cost will vary with each method.

SISEBUTO DIVISION ships orders through NACEX and GLS, reputable national courier companies. Delivery depends on product availability and shipping zone. Before confirming the order, the customer will be informed of approximate shipping costs and delivery times. However, both may vary depending on specific order conditions, especially:

• Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or difficulties in delivering the goods.
• Shipping costs shown on the website are indicative, based on an average weight of 2 kg. SISEBUTO DIVISION reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if the actual weight significantly differs. Any change will be communicated via email, and the customer may cancel the order without any penalty.

8. Customer rights and return policy

SISEBUTO DIVISION does not guarantee product availability or delivery time except for items explicitly marked with guaranteed availability. The catalog is illustrative only, as manufacturers or distributors do not notify stock changes or guarantee delivery times. This prevents SISEBUTO DIVISION from providing accurate product availability or delivery dates, which depend on suppliers.

Customers have seven days from receipt to cancel the contract and return the product. Notice must be given using any legally valid method. The product must be in perfect condition.

Products may be returned if they have not been opened or used and remain in their original packaging. In such cases, SISEBUTO DIVISION will issue a voucher via email equal to the product’s value or offer another product of the same value.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any related expenses (e.g., phone calls, time spent managing the return, etc.).

If the wrong product is delivered due to an error by SISEBUTO DIVISION, the incorrect product will be collected and the correct one sent at no additional cost to the customer.

9. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide truthful information in the user registration and order forms and to keep it up to date at all times.

Customers must be at least 14 years old, as required by law.

The customer agrees to accept all provisions in these General Terms and Conditions, understanding they reflect the best service possible for SISEBUTO DIVISION’s business model.

The customer also agrees to keep their personal access credentials confidential and secure.

The customer must ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible during normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00). Failure to do so releases SISEBUTO DIVISION from any responsibility for delays or failed deliveries.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Purchases made with SISEBUTO DIVISION are subject to Spanish law.
In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the competent jurisdiction will be the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

11. Confidentiality

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), which guarantees and protects fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and their personal privacy, we inform you that personal data collected via forms will be added to a file managed by SISEBUTO DIVISION to send you information about our products and services, including promotional and advertising content, via any medium, including email.
